The Royal Air Force’s new E-7 Wedgetail aircraft made its first airshow appearance in a spectacular flypast with the #RedArrows this afternoon. Tens of thousands of people saw the E-7 Wedgetail AEW Mk1 joined by the display team’s Hawk jets at the Royal International Air Tattoo.

The Red Arrows completed the world’s first aerobatic display with sustainable fuels on day one of the #RIAT. At the event, the #RedArrows’ are using a blend of Sustainable Aviation Fuel for propulsion and Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil to produce the team’s trademark vapour trails.
