The phrase "Keeping God's Laws" or "Torah Observance" is not viewed favorably in Christianity. It's viewed as legalism or Judaizing. However, "Living your life as best as able according to the word of God" is, of course, agreed with. I tell you: There is no difference.
I respect all Christian faith expressions, from Orthodox to Protestant and everything in between. But Messianic Judaism is the original. This should be undebatable Biblical truth.
🔯 Some of my big, beautiful, Jewish life: ➡️ Born Brian Samuel (Baruch Shmuel) in 1969 ➡️ Circumcised on the 8th day (still have the certificate!) ➡️ Bar Mitzvahed at age 13 in Orthodox Synagogue (pic attached) ➡️ Attended fulltime Jewish day school (Hebrew Academy Of Suffolk…

Imagine the depth of Paul’s love for the Jewish people that he said he would be willing to give up his own salvation for them. Romans 9:3: For I could wish that I myself were accursed, separated from Christ for the sake of my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh. May…
Nachamu! Nachamu Ami! Isaiah 40:1-2: Comfort! O comfort My people!” says your God. Speak kindly to Jerusalem; And call out to her, that her warfare has ended, That her iniquity has been removed, That she has received of the Lord’s hand Double for all her sins.
Romans 2:9-11: There will be tribulation and distress for every soul of man who does evil, of the Jew first and also of the Greek, but glory and honor and peace to everyone who does good, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. For there is no partiality with God.
If you don't like the thought of a Jewish Jesus now, wait 'til He returns. You ain't seen nothing yet! 🇮🇱✡️🙏
If you only read God's harshest rebukes of Israel in the Bible, and nothing else, you might shortsightedly conclude that God is finished with the Jews and began anew with the church. If you read the Bible holistically, from beginning to end, it becomes absolutely evident that…
In the story of Phinehas, it’s striking that Moses, who had always taken action in times of crisis, remains silent. When the people sinned and a deadly plague broke out, Moses didn’t intervene. In fact, he's strangely quiet. Instead, it was Phinehas—an otherwise unknown…
When I post about Torah observance, I think some people assume I'm saying believers "must" keep kosher, go to church on Saturday, wear fringes, and so on. That's not what I'm saying at all. Nor am I saying that Torah observance in any way merits our salvation, which is solely…
For those that say "We cannot keep the Law"... We know that the Law forbids homosexual sex. The New Testament affirms this. If a believer struggles with same-sex attraction, would you tell him, "You can't keep the Law anyway. You're not under that covenant. Jesus kept the…
Remember when Joseph's brothers stood before him, thinking he was an Egyptian lord—until he removed the disguise and revealed that he was their own Jewish brother? I believe this is a foreshadow of Yeshua. He will do the same with Israel when He returns.
I challenge everyone to ask the Holy Spirit each morning for divine opportunities, whether to pray for a stranger or share about the Lord. I believe that God loves to answer that prayer. And when you feel His unction, obey it. Miracles will follow.
I really need to stop looking at my phone while on the toilet.
Many of us go through seasons when we're not connected to a local church and instead look online for spiritual food. I get that. If that's where you are, I humbly suggest... don’t make it a long-term pattern. God designed us to grow within community, even with all its flaws.
Avinu Malkeinu, our Father, our King, in Your sovereign mercy, I ask You to bring an end to the war in Gaza. Please release all the hostages, protect every innocent life, and bless Israel with lasting shalom, secure borders, and safety from those who seek her harm. In Your…
Mass murder of Christians. No different from the blood libels of the Dark Ages.
Nothing to see here. Just the Babylon Bee guys introducing a justification for the mass murder of Christians in Gaza (which was always the Israeli plan) . This is your reminder to cancel your @TheBabylonBee subscription if you have not yet done so.
Lately, the replies to my posts have become much more aggressive and insulting than before. Curious about my current set of followers. Would you say that you are: A: A Christian that thinks I'm theologically errant B. A Christian that thinks I'm theologically sound C: A…
Take a bit from here, a bit from there, add a little salt and pepper, and you have a fully baked conspiracy... that is likely false. Why? Because there is still a ton of missing information that you are filling in with your own biases and assumptions.
