The NHS isn't free, it's paid for by taxation and inflation. Don't know why anyone would want an American healthcare system when you could have a free market one instead youtube.com/watch?v=ND4-QT…
No. If you read the article she hasn't done that, she's saying she might do it. She has done this: "The reforms will see mortgages offered at more than 4.5 times a buyer’s income". This policy will create a new housing bubble and further sabotage the housing market.

In practice communism leads to mass exporpriation, torture murder and rape en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mass_kill… so anyone advocating communism now is advocating all of those things, or doesn't care enough about the actual results of his actions to look into the issue.
Might help if the state didn't steal from people while lying that they're going to provide valuable services such as pensions when in reality they're going to piss that money away on whatever they happen to like at the moment.
If you're a company what employees imagine they are worth when they have no evidence anybody would voluntarily pay them that amount isn't your responsibility. Only entitled people expect bizarre allegiance from a company when their actions don't result in a profit.
Remember, most of those levies are to pay for all those "cheap" renewables you have been pushing. And the carbon tax is another Net Zero policy. To cut bills we need to cut subsidies and get rid of the carbon tax
Reminder that electricity is stacked with levies and a carbon tax and gas gets a free pass, fundamentally imbalancing the market. While a heat pump specific payment might deliver a few heat pumps, it won't solve fundamentals and is at risk of cancellation. Wider reform needed.
As a high school teacher you are most likely a Labour voter. You trust kids more as they are susceptible to left-wing propaganda. You don’t trust Daily Mail readers because they swing conservative. This is exactly the reason why it’s a terrible idea. People who rely on the…
As a high school teacher, I can honestly say I'd rather trust democracy to 16 year olds than spiteful, elderly Daily Mail readers every day of the week.
Imagine being so insecure in your belief-system that you would be open to persuasion and debate.
Consider two ideas: 1⃣Renewables are cheaper than fossil fuels 2⃣Renewables will all close down if bad Mr Tice takes away their subsidies. I find people's ability to hold these two contradictory thoughts in their heads in the same time rather extraordinary.
A subsidy is where the govt takes money from people under a threat of force and gives it to a company that is too incompetent to make a profit. Removing a subsidy is enabling investment, providing a subsidy is sabotaging investment.
An investment is where you pay for something in expectation of making a profit. A profit is where in exchange for a good people voluntarily give you more money than is required to provide that good , so people prefer that good to other uses of the same resources.
The Iberian blackout demonstrated the importance of voltage control and reactive power, but these concepts are poorly understood even by people within the electricity sector In this two-part series of posts I will look at voltage, active power and reactive power in power grids…

Inflation is the price we pay for all the things the government gave us for “free”

The British govt's budget for 2024-5 is over £1 trillion obr.uk/forecasts-in-d… so the British state is essentially a trillion pound corporation whose c suite can only be fired by the public once every 4 years and Corbyn's followers want it to control social media.
This is why they attack him. He simply can't be bought.
