Gym day #64 OK today was kind of a cheat day but swimming is the best cardio and you’re using all muscle groups when swimming so I’m counting it.

Had an old HS TA walk in today and asked if I was hitting the weights because I looked like it. I got such a a confidence boost it makes up for how shitty I felt last night about my appearance.

Gym day #63 today was leg day and ab day I didn’t do much other than my usual had an empty gym just the way I like it. If I’m lucky, the gym will be pretty empty on Thursday when I go next.

Forgot to post my previous gym day on Saturday. Gym day #62 did more arm and chest exercise exercises lifted 130 pounds with some resistance but to be fair, I was also coming right out of work, also I noticed sucking in my gut for a prolonged period gives it that exercise feel.
