I just got access to @runwayml Aleph & it's insane! This doesn't even scratch the surface of what it can do.🤯
Edited with Runway Aleph using Chat Mode. Referenced a single image for each transformation. → Forest. → Snow mountain. → Red car. → Boar. Guess which one is the original?
Add/edit instead of removing. Same model, just a different ask. Aleph also works really well with editing reality. Everything can become a prop. The first video was the input in this example.
Aleph can handle complex motion and moving objects. The input video was in daylight, so I asked it to turn the lights off and set the juggling balls on fire.
