A quick shout out to praise @virginmedia - this morning, the gas board dug up our garden and accidentally cut our broadband cable. After gasman's fixes failed, we got in touch with Virgin at 4pm. Just after 6pm, an engineer calls and fixes the problem. Incredible customer service
