Oakland. Fifth Ave. Caller said that he picked up a cigarette off the ground and smoked it. He thinks it was laced as he is now tripping out and having trouble breathing.

Terrace Village. Reed Street. Caller said that a DPW crew was weed whacking across the street and it kicked up a rock and hit her in the head. Caller is mad.

Squirrel Hill. Shady Ave at Bartlet Street. Caller said that two kids are selling lemonade on the corner. Caller is concerned that there are no adults around. It would be a shame if someone bought lemonade from the kids at Shady Ave at Bartlet Street to spite the caller.

Mt. Washington. Amabell Street at Virginia Ave. Caller said that the construction crew flaggers at this job site are incoherently sending traffic up a wrong way street and have caused a massive traffic deadlock.

West End. West End Bridge. 911 got about 8 or 9 calls about a major t-bone accident on the West End bridge. There is roll over and entrapment. Cops are most likely going to shut the area down or severely limit the traffic flow.
