The Vikings athletic training staff hosted staff and children from their local Ed Block Courage House. The kids had a fun field day and even got to meet some of the players. We are so happy to have a strong connection between PFATS and the Ed Block Courage Houses! @EdBlock

The Houston Texans hosted their annual emergency training and were joined by athletic trainers from Texas Southern University and Prarie View A&M. Always important to review best practices and prepare for on-field emergency care.

Congratulations PFATS member Jake Pfeil! He was named the Jerry Rhea Athletic Trainer of the Year by the GATA. Jake is currently the Director of Sports Medicine for the Atlanta Falcons. The award honors an athletic trainer who demonstrates exemplary service to the profession.
