Went to see the new Superman film last night and grinned from start to finish. What a fantastic film. It’s refreshing to see DC being upbeat and joyful. Nathan Fillion was superb as Guy Gardner. Go see it. You won’t regret it (probably).

Having used cursor and windsurf, and given the pricing fiasco with cursor, I thought I would try vibe coding an app with gemini. Honestly, I am really impressed with gemini - and getting started for free is incredibly simple if you can cope with the "limitations".

Watching Missing You on Netflix. I have read so many @HarlanCoben books and they have fit America so well but, as soon as they are adapted and setting England, it's as though that's where they were meant to be all along.

Hopefully, that shuts up the idiots shouting for Eddie Howe's job.

The replies to this show that people have difficulties with simple instructions (it clearly says DM me), and the grasp of basic sentence structure doesn't give you much hope that they would be competent editors.

I feel sorry for future history students trying to decide what they should do for their dissertations or thesis. They're going to have a hard time narrowing their choices down based on what's happening in the world right now.

All I can say is, that's going to be a very strange swingers party.
