Before, I was in a shit spot in my life - Skinny, fat, depressed, in an unhappy marriage, and unsure of my purpose in life. Then, I woke up and said fuck this shit. I split with my ex-wife, took control of my career, and hit the gym. #transoformationtuesday

As you get leaner and leaner, your body starts to feel as if it were essentially DYING. This is biology at play, survival physiology. Your body will be pumping out more cortisol than usual keeping you in a fight or flight state with the only goal being to gather food for…
Growth Hormone might be the second best PED that came to bodybuilding. With its introduction, we started to see the real mass monsters popping up; from Dorian Yates as the original mass monster to arguably one of the best physiques in bodybuilding, Ronnie Coleman. HGH has created…
A weight loss journey doesn't have to be difficult at all. You just need to start slow and steady to not burn out since this takes time. Start with the basics; add in some light cardio, measure your food and make better food selections at first. Then you can slowly start to…
It’s funny people worry about testosterone and HGH and the gym lifestyle killing you. Meanwhile, alcohol is the number one contributing cause of death and disability under the age of fifty globally, and no one bats an eye.
The 3 predominant goals during contest prep: Lose Fat Don't Lose Muscle Don't Get Injured Achieving those three things is relatively simple and straightforward. Stay in a calorie deficit, use the gear that works for you and train very intelligently.
There are a lot of science based fitness gurus. Science and research are awesome, but aren’t they sort meaningless if they don’t translate into real world results? If your theories work, they should translate to your and your disciples physiques. 🤷♂️
A lot of guys want to know if they should take ancillary drugs along side their steroids. For all those types of medications, it's be best to talk to your personal physician. Regarding Retatrutide for bodybuilders, I've seen significant benefits for insulin sensitivity with…
Losing fat sucks. Everyone thinks they are flat. Pumps go away. Strength will decline. You will go through that skinny-fat phase where you look neither ripped nor jacked. It's a mind fuck and part of the process. You have to push through it to get shredded.
A post-cut or post-show rebound is the perfect opportunity to make a lot of gains if you do it correctly: Make sure to keep your diet very clean Train very smart, especially if you used AIs and Winstrol Drop the toxic steroids Slowly titrate off the fat burners

There’s only happy person in a bodybuilding show - the one who wins. Losing sucks. It feels awful. It’s not unfair judging or your coaches fault. It’s not politics or lack of fullness. Sometimes you can do everything perfectly and still get beat. That’s how it goes.

A lot of guys have issues retaining leg size while dieting, it looks as if legs are the first muscle to start losing size during a hard cut. You can leverage you high carbohydrate days on the same day you train legs to really fill them with glycogen and keep fullness throughout…
There’s a big difference between being aggressive & recklessness. Reckless racing the motorcycle full throttle, no brakes, no helmet, shirtless on the track. Aggressive is calculated. Gear on, plan ready. Some bros still can’t tell the difference.
If you want to play it safe, stay on your couch. When you have big goals go all in, balls to the wall. Sometimes that means taking some risks and failing. I would rather try and fail than never try at all - and that’s too scary and intimidating for a lot of people.
If you want to get big, it might be best to limit the amount of shows you do per year. Doing 1 or 2 hard cuts per year helps your body rebound and start a mass phase with very high insulin sensitivity, but being in a cut for a long time will significantly hinder your progress.
Just a thought for the crowd comparing PEDs to hard drugs and alcohol. Have you ever heard of anyone going to rehab for testosterone and HGH?
A rarely asked question: What to add to your 2nd or 3rd cycle? The best thing is to keep it simple by adding on very well tolerated compounds like HGH, Primo, Mast or maybe some EQ. This way you are sure to add on quality mass without significantly compromising your health.
Death is inevitable. We all die. How you live your life matters more than how long you live. Don’t waste a single day living in fear or playing it safe. Live it to its fullest. Live with no regrets.
Trenbolone vs. Growth Hormone for muscle mass. If you're budget is tight and had to choose between Tren or GH, definitely go for GH. It may be a bit more expensive but it will do much more for your physique in the long run. There's near perfect synergy between Test & GH compared…
