if you can’t tell the difference between art and content, you’re a moron
In a space overflowing with talent, the real challenge for collectors will be learning to distinguish between content creators and true artists. There’s no shortage of content, but true artistic vision remains rare.
Also big shoutout to @droidfame for collecting this artwork. It’s a very distinctly different piece according to my artstyle but it carries the same level of importance— especially since it was a charity piece for humanitarian aid. So grateful to collectors who enable this.

I’m a firm believer and supporter in cryptoart’s ability to be used for aid and support. I’m so happy that even tho my charity auctions thru AGAH have winded down that other incredible people have created the opportunity to continue giving. This is what matters❤️ Give when able
🕊️Cryptos role in humanitarian aid 🧵
In an isolated tech world, reconnecting with humanity requires interacting with people with shared goals and ideals in mind. The transparency and global nature of the blockchain can help drive us to this interconnected future. 🪡
Of course, there are still issues - not everyone has access to the internet, government intervention, and converting crypto into local currencies is still confusing and difficult. Onboarding is being worked on, but we can start sharing aid while working on these roadblocks.
People in the space are able to make massive sums of money quickly, and these funds can be portioned into aid and donations. We can see who supports what, and come together to make changes to a global scale.
We can gather internationally for fundraising as well - by going global, we can create a 24/7 system of support and trade, and unite for causes while not being centered around a nation’s currency.
This overrides embargoes, blocks on trade, and other external interventions by gov/banks in the traditional economy. We can expand networks beyond our manmade borders.
The blockchain, however, lets us override the gatekeepers of the governments. We can send money directly to people internationally for people to support themselves by any means. Art by @Yinkore_
Crypto lets us see where money is transacted - we can see where our money goes. We see who receives money, who sends it, and how it’s used - it removes secret spending currently plaguing our globalized world.
We see embargoes against other nations and taxes to pay for war crimes. By participating in a governments currency, we unwillingly support this for the manufactured idea of safety.
Our global economy currently runs on currency regulated by countries. They operate to support their own nation, and create centralized wealth for certain classes within. Crypto can break away from this, to create decentralized currency for all ppls
