Whenever I propose Claude an alternative solution, it always "you are absolutely right". Not sure my solution is better or it just "nah, you pay me so I just agree with whatever you say".

Using Claude Code Max plan is like going to all-you-can-it buffet restaurant. Just try to code as much as possible to recuperate the cost. Watch out for code coma.
- Projection: Once AI handles 30% of tasks, annual growth could exceed 20% - Automated discovery and reinvestment cycles will create "explosive growth" From The Economist. So be sure to get a slot on the AI bandwagon, to be part of something unprecedented in the history.
I just realized that the profile picture/avatar of all social media is circle-shape. None of them are square-shape. Not sure what is the reason behind. Probably to help focus on the center, which is usually the face.
Claude Deep Research is very underwhelming. It is just a little bit longer than an o3 answer, even though it claims it search 600 sources and more.
For vibe coding, I have a folder called Plan. And I talk a lot with Opus to brainstorming ideas, exploring directions, and whenever we have anything interesting or important, I tell it to note down to a .md file in Plan. That way I can refer to it later on without losing it.
This is the future. They still need to - Cut cost: which obviously go down over time - Cut onboarding, offboarding time: which not sure will go down without sacrifice safety.

I'm not sure in which cases people find o3 hallucinates. I don't see o3 hallucinates at all. The only cases it gives me wrong info is due to outdated sources
Switching accounts in Claude Code is one of the worst experience ever @claudeai . I spent 2h and still can't switch it.
Anthropic should consider open source Claude Code like Gemini-CLI I guess the only trade secret of CC is Agentic Search, and will be discovered soon. Their moat is at the Claude models. Opensource could advance the field and make both CC and Claude models more popular.
Really in Windsurf, Claude 4 Sonnet thinking cost = 4 credits. While o3 cost = 1 credit. Sonnet is nowhere near 4x performance of o3
New Qwen Coder flagship model + Qwen Code CLI 400B token can be hosted at price < $1/M tokens. Soon people ain't pay Claude Code $200/month no more
>>> Qwen3-Coder is here! ✅ We’re releasing Qwen3-Coder-480B-A35B-Instruct, our most powerful open agentic code model to date. This 480B-parameter Mixture-of-Experts model (35B active) natively supports 256K context and scales to 1M context with extrapolation. It achieves…
Hardware companies should try to develop chips that inference LLM models fast. The market is so big and not that difficult. Training is difficult but inferencing is just matrix multiplication. No need of CUDA or any thing. Google did it with TPU, Apple is already halfway to it
I start feeling tired of waiting for o3 answering ng questions. Now it is average 3-5 mins. Not sure what they changed.
After using Claude Code for a while, I feel it is better than Cursor in term of code output, but not as god-like as other people described. Besides, I still prefer the credit system in Cursor, rather than 5h-window throttle of CC, because I code intensely once/twice per week. CC…
Claude Code can one shot the UI of a complex SaaS website. The look is modern, no error so far. I'm not very sure about performance and SEO friendly though. This is useful when we already done writting the logic of the SaaS and only need an UI on top.
I like this weekly newsletter
Another massive week of AI and robotics news. I summarized everything from OpenAI, xAI, Google, Cognition, Figure, AWS, Meta, UBTECH, Pollen Robotics, Agility Robotics, and more. Here's everything you need to know and how to make sense out of it:
It has been long time since I read fictions. I know classic novels teach us a lot, but I never manage to read them. I always pick nonfiction, because it gives quick and quantifiable value. Fiction I have to contemplate, distill and also hard to quantify value.
