Dr. Upton appears to have autogynephilia, according to research and the DSM-5. The medical profession refuses to mention this, and instead promote the fantasy that Dr. Upton has a female "gender identity". The medical profession is to blame for so much of this madness.

The wretched medical profession need to start being honest about autogynephilia. My most recent attempt of this was to ask NHS England to update their page on "Gender dysphoria" to contain a paragraph about AGP via the Department of Health and Social Care: transpolicy.substack.com/p/escalating-m…
It's counter-productive to establish "gender identity" as a deeply held "belief" supposedly worthy of respect like any other, when it is an empty vessel created by autogynephiles, to deny they have autogynephilia.
The Cass Review mentions "non-binary" 31 times and covered up all the "lived experiences" it received from men telling the truth about autogynephilia. Hilary Cass would be quite at home at Stonewall. whatdotheyknow.com/request/inform…
The Cass Review proposed a puberty blocker trial with "no limit" to places, according to Hilary Cass. It hardly repudiated mutilating children, and wants to open up 6 new "gender clinics" telling children they could have a "mismatched" "gender identity". x.com/orlando_woolf2…
Hilary Cass says there are "no limit" to places for the first phase of a clinical trial. Everyone knows that isn't how clinical trials work. 2/20
It appears to be apotemnophilia, similar to autogynephilia. If schools and charities treated this the same as "trans", they would be teaching children there are some "trans limbed" people and be recommending amputations for social justice.
The DSM-5 suggests that Dr. Upton has "late-onset gender dysphoria" (p. 456) likely with "autogynephilia" (p. 703). The medical profession's refusal to be honest about the causes of "gender dysphoria" is causing societal chaos and medical malpractice.
He felt uncomfortable’ that a female nurse didn’t want to ‘engage’ in undressing with him. And even when she tried to do the right thing - by staying out of his way while he was in the changing room - that action was thought of as ‘bad behaviour’. JFC what dark days for women.
Your profession is in a very dark place and from my Charity Commission complaint above, you seem completely in denial. "Revealed: More than 1,000 patients a year have trans chest surgery on the NHS". (Telegraph).
Your virtue signalling is galling, given your profession is undertaking thousands of "gender affirming double mastectomies" for no reason. I brought this subject up with Ruth Ellenby, head of policy at the RCGP, and I received an appalling response: transpolicy.substack.com/p/charity-comm…
