Oven baked wings, some with @DadsSeasonings lemon pepper and some with a blend of Chile Dulce/Classic Sazon. Tasty and crispy. And a little experiment - ham and cheese ‘taquitos’ in the air fryer, wrapped with rice paper. Tasty, not crispy. Washed down with a Kolsch.

If you shop at Trader Joe’s this pasta is worth trying. I made it with a simple sauce of garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, lemon juice, and Parmesan. Added some arugula which wilts nicely, and a ladle full of the pasta water. Good stuff!
