Congrats to BGSU volleyball player/captain and OFVB alum Lindsey LaPinta for being named a Falcon Medal of Honor finalist! This award is given to BG athletes who have consistently exceeded what was asked of them in the areas of scholarship, athletic talent, leadership & service.

One final award for our 2024 Varsity volleyball team! These ladies received the American Volleyball Coaches Association Team Academic Award for the 11th year in a row. Their team AVERAGE GPA is a 4.1!! Congratulations on your hard work on the court and in the classroom.

Thank you to all of our girls for their awesome energy and efforts the last 3 days in Toledo! JV finished in FIRST place out of 12 teams! Varsity finished in third place out of 20 teams! Thanks to everyone who came out to support us!

The @OFfootball1 program is holding a car wash to benefit breast cancer survivors. Coach Mauro has been great to our girls and is spearheading this event. If you need your car washed at the end of the month, bring it on up to OFHS!

Congrats to Junior Carmen Muzingo, as she has moved up on our record board in the bench press and squat and now is the second leading “Top Dawg” of all time! Special thanks to Coaches Harriger and DeLuca for their work with the girls in the weight room. Awesome work Carmen!

Mr. Kurz is the GOAT and will be missed. I was blessed to have been hired by him and have worked in his building for 8 years. He takes such pride in being a principal and really is a servant leader. Well earned sendoff from the senior class.

We extend our congratulations to our four seniors - Bella, Hayden, Ava and Jaelyn - who will be graduating tonight. As you embark on this new chapter, we encourage you to carry forward the lessons learned at OFHS. We are excited for the success that awaits you. Best wishes!
