I may be going a little bit crazy about this. But the fact that up to this point, V1's arc is technically finished saved for its involvement with Gabriel. V2 is gone. So is the Earthmover. It sees its own reflection. And its nothing but itself.

This thing has been in my mind. But I've headcannoned V1 to have robotic mites, just like how beetles sometimes have mites. But they actually do the repairs within V1. And when its Style Meter is high, they get excited and do their job more efficiently.
