This month, students at McGill, MacEwan, UBC, York, and UofT joined together to do banner drops as a show of solidarity against their administrations' complicity in genocide and occupation. The students united will never be defeated.
Remember that Biden laid the groundwork for the Trump regime by facilitating the violent repression of student organizing. The neoliberal university, a microcosm of American empire, has never been a “safe space”.
Students are wondering how they are supposed to feel safe on campus knowing that the school administration was willing to call in the police to do this to them:

Last week, Israeli Apartheid Week at the University of Toronto, we held three public events for students and community members: a film screening, town hall, and discussion panel. Thanks to all of you who showed up, the week was an emphatic success.

Yesterday we kicked off IAW with two banner drops and a flyer drop focussed on building student awareness around our new campaign: UOFT DROP HUJI. The banners stayed up for well over an hour and numerous students read our fliers, making the actions a resounding success!
