2nd-gen Indian American girl who spends all day shouting for Palestine because she actually hates Modi (because her parents were big Congress supporters), but who can't get social points for hating Modi in NYC because nobody there cares about Modi
I was a precocious and annoying child. Around the age of 5 or 6, whenever I went out with my parents, I had the compulsive habit of stopping to read aloud every advertisement or bit of graffiti on the walls. My father often grew impatient, but my mother quietly encouraged it.

The literary depth and disciplined reading habits of early 20th-century miners easily surpass those of many contemporary students, including some with English degrees.

In Rangeen, Vineet Singh plays a journalist & aspiring gigolo, driven by a midlife crisis and a desire for revenge on his wife. Some scenes are excellent, like when he shows up for his first booking in a 3-piece suit. But overall, the writing is inconsistent and mostly unfunny.

Hallucination is baked into LLMs. Can't be eliminated, it's how they work. @DarioAmodei says LLMs hallucinate less than humans. But it's not about less or more. It's the differing & dangerous nature of the hallucination, making it unlikely LLMs will cause mass unemployment (1/n)
I have warmed up to Siddhant Chaturvedi and Dhadak 2 because of his Hindi prem. Q. "aapki hindi itni acchi hai, usse aapko advantage mil jati hogi." A. "advantage? mujhe to lagta tha ke acchi hindi hona prerequisite hai hindi film me kaam karne ke liye" 😅
Israel will never recover from what they have done
"How heavy a child is when it gives up responsibility." Typical Penelope Fitzgerald, quietly hilarious.
This was my first Hitchcock film, and that’s probably why it’s one of my favourites.
