I finally decided to release Froggi after 2 years of work and 40k lines of code. Froggi lets you build realtime overlays using a drag/drop editor that integrates with OBS and Discord. Thanks a lot to @ZainNaghmi for using and testing Froggi for his GM challenge streams! Thread

Flashback to June 2023 — just trying to get Falco’s belt to render correctly in wireframe mode. As you can see, it took a few iterations… Grateful for Ploaj and HSDRaw, which I could use as reference while solving each problem one step at a time!
Back in 2015, I posted a reskin on SmashBoards: Lumberjack Falcon. The idea that you could give characters a whole new look with just retexturing really stuck with me. I thought it was such a cool concept. It was later included in 20XX which was so cool to see!
