This is where racing risks losing me & many others. Argue all sports warrant a different rate to casino & we’re all with you. No one except (tellingly) bookmakers/their employees ever argue against this. But a lower rate than other sports is silly & would be bad for racing anyway

There is no shortage of things to blame the last government, and this one, for. This Afghan situation doesn't appear to really be the fault of either, but it won't stop those who hate Tories blaming the Tories and those who hate Labour blaming Labour, because that's Britain now.
