‼️The words we use shape how we think about mental health. Calling someone “crazy” or “mad” spreads stigma and keeps people silent. Let’s choose empathy and respect instead because language matters. #EndTheStigma #MentalHealthAwareness #Ndinewe

Join us in making this wish. No more silence. No more shame. Just support, healing, and understanding. #EndTheStigma #MentalHealthAwareness #Ndinewe

Football ⚽️ meets mental health support 💚 every month in Ndinewe Foundation. Creating safe spaces in our community for children to learn about mental health. #Ndinewe

Tip on Tuesday Talking about what's happening in your heart isn't weakness. Share your feelings, it's a sign of strength! #Ndinewe #MentalHealth #EndtheStigma
