So each tiny use of the Nazi slang, in or out of their context, registers primarily to an audience that there are new markers of distinction. The new season of trends is here to distinguish the in crowd from the out, the new from the old. You just adopt them.
Because the logics of content production center things like slang and meme formats, when 4chan Nazi shit appears it appears fundamentally as "new." If internet culture has a voice, it shames all for being old. And everybody - everybody is old - until they show otherwise.
