“High-schoolers will log into a Zoom call with other students and a peer tutor, debate topics like immigration or Israel-Palestine, and rate one another” Wow, can’t wait for my kid to get rejected from MIT for having the wrong opinion on immigration and Israel.
You're not answering my question. There are 1,000,000 Moroccan Jews in Israel. You claim they're stealing land (i.e., they don't belong in Israel). But posing as Moroccan is also theft. So what what land or food can they claim without it being theft, according to you?
.@georgegalloway thinks that 1,000,000 Jews who were chased out of Morocco don't belong in Israel, and also that they have no business posing as Moroccans. I'm curious, Mr Galloway, what food are Moroccan Jews allowed to eat? Where can they live on earth that isn't stolen land?

This is fascinating, actually, and hadn't occurred to me at all. What a list.
When I wrote "Twilight of the Liberal Jew" in 2023, I suggested that the most politically influential American Jews under the age of 40 were @benshapiro, @libsoftiktok, @StephenM, @ezraklein, and @finkd. Updating the list now (for <42 years old) I'd add @sama and @bariweiss.…
As always, @nathancofnas pulls zero punches. I look forward to his Substacks and tweets, you never know what's going to come out of this pen. I had him on the podcast twice and - you know what - I would have him on again the next chance I get! If you haven't already listened,…

There's nothing here that says East Asian IQ is high because they farmed rice. It says that having a high IQ *and*a history of farming rice lends to homework culture People who deny intelligence is heritable are in such a clownish position they just have to make stuff up lol
Funnily enough there are hereditarians, such as Nathan Cofnas, who have argued that East Asians are especially smart in part because they're "genetically adapted to the arduous demands of the rice paddy," and Southeast Asian societies with these relatively mediocre modern…
“See you don’t get it. I follow Carl Schmitt. There’s this thing called the friend-enemy distinction. Maybe you’ve heard of it? Wait my enemies just fired me? Come on guys! Whatever happened to free speech and all those liberal values we hold dear? What’s the world coming to?”
Threatening to arrest people for disagreeing with the government fills Europeans with so much pride and patriotism that they cannot resist including multiple flag emojis

The nation's leading and most effective immigration restrictionist is Jewish. The pattern to notice with Jews is that they tend towards political extremism in whatever direction or cause they're committed to. (myself included)
Jewish economist visits Spain; immediately declares Spain needs infinity immigrants. He's the author of 'Open Border,' a call for unrestricted immigration. But YOU'RE the bad guy for recognizing a pattern here - not the guy who would destroy Western Civilization.
1/ Academics hounded out of jobs due to hostile behaviour by peers or students is bad. But a university firing a staff member for exercising free speech is worse. The case of @nathancofnas, as of @NoahCarl90 - both at Cambridge - are the worst violations of academic freedom.
"The expulsion by Emmanuel College creates a precedent that academics in the UK are not allowed to critically examine DEI ideology. With the help of the Free Speech Union, I discovered documents showing that Emmanuel’s own rules make it clear that they did not have the authority…
The Atlantic: “Race-science adherents do not have evidence on their side. The consensus view among experts is that race is not a biological phenomenon, let alone one that could explain differences such as IQ and crime rates.” You don’t need to read a single study to know someone…
It took me a while to realize that a lot of what happens on Twitter that boggles the mind boils down to a large minority of its users being cognitively below average and intellectually incurious.
I'm glad people have free speech to post that a Catholic woman with an Italian name is Jewish and get 50K likes It's also true that society needs mechanisms to ensure that the free speech of morons (most people) doesn't lead to real-life influence

I live in the UK where apartments have a lot of "character," i.e., dirt, poor insulation, and sometimes separate taps for hot and cold water (if the hot water is working at all). Look at the window shot—every apartment across the street has an air conditioner! Americans don't…
I'm touring apartments in New York, and just about every new-build has the same soulless aesthetic: flat walls, white paint, no cornices, no ornamentation... just a room in a box. One real estate agent said to me: "If you want something with character, you're gonna have to…
Conservative philosopher Nathan Cofnas on what a conservative university might look like.
What would conservatives do with a university if they had one? We know the answer to that. There are a handful of conservative-run university centers in the US. Leaving aside their extremely nepotistic (corrupt) hiring practices, they focus on libertarian propaganda, great books,…
It's frustrating to live in a country where almost no one understands what free speech is

Man calling for a more intellectually sophisticated right refers to 388 words as a "wall of text"
My favorite part of this wall of text is when he stops to declare himself the most widely read philosopher of our generation
maybe it's hubris, but i imagine if given decent start-up funds, I could put together a decent academic team at least in STEM not necessarily right-wing, just *good* for humanities I'd offload all hiring decisions to @nathancofnas
