I’m out on sushi. I can take or leave PB&J and apple pie. The rest of them are a YES, some stronger than others.

I can’t think of any that I would say no to, but I’ll choose three that would be no-brainer. A, B and F.

#FBF 1995. Jason and I became Great friends in college at the University of Nebraska . We’ve stayed in touch over the years via social media , phone, text, etc. We reunited after 21 years in 2019 when I went back to Lincoln for a game. @HskrPage

LET THE DECOMPRESSION BEGIN Taking tomorrow off, followed by a week of vacation. Mind and body are ready. The grief of losing both parents has taken a pound of flesh from me. Additionally, going through a recent merger at work has been exhausting.
Damn right I do. Not being born in Italy shouldn’t preclude me from calling myself Italian. Most white people identify with their ethnicity more so than their race. Especially when you are first generation American like me. I wasn’t born in Italy, but Italy was born in me.

I can respect Matt Rhule for taking the highroad yesterday at Big Ten media days when asked about Scott Frost. However, my stance on him remains unchanged. He’s a narcissistic prick that plays the victim. Then again frost is the best thing that happened to Rhule.
I’m sure I can be talked into a few of them, but Chicago dog for the win.

I couldn’t agree more. I was actually doing simple tasks at my dad‘s business even when I was 10 years old. Sure, I was excited to get a few bucks for the work I did but looking back it was about forming a work ethic that I still have at soon to be 53 years old.

I’m generally not into sequels, but I would make an exception for this one. Joe Pesci and Ralph Macchio are among two of my favorites. Marisa Tomei ages like a fine wine.

1997. Brian Johnson’s walk off home run to beat the Dodgers which led to the Giants winning the division.

Tonight’s food porn — Philly cheesesteak pasta. I decided to keep it fairly simple for the time being, but I’m sure I’ll add more ingredients the more times I try it. #youseguys

This showed up in my memories feed on Facebook. The one on your left was at my 50th birthday party. The one on the right was the last picture I took with my mom before she passed away a couple of months later. There’s not a single day that goes by that I don’t miss her.

Not often but occasionally when I celebrate my Italian heritage, sometimes people push back and say “but you weren’t born in Italy.“ I also think that white people in general identify with their families ethnicity more so than their race.
