i’m not counting cals today and tomorrow for my birthday but i’m feeling so insanely guilty right now… i’ll try to restrict even if im not counting tbh
LOST 2.2 POUNDS THIS WEEK !!! probably a lot of it being water weight, but WHO CARESSS
today- would’ve been lower if i didn’t have that 160 cal cookie, but it’s better than a binge

an actual good day yay !! i’ve been eating less recently but it hasn’t been to the degree that i used to if that makes any sense so yippe for a good day

birthdays in a week, let’s see how much weight i can lose before all the birthday cals hit
i think i’m gonna get back on the grind and just lose a few lbs. i’ve gained and now my pants don’t fit and it’s not comfy, so it’s back to counting cals and exercising until i’m back down
