(Let me try) Wear&Tear: The cost of maintaining a car is costly, so the bigger the car/performance the more likely it is to cost on basic things like tyres, brakes pads, service etc. Using above pictures as example: 1 tyre is about R7k, times this by 4 plus labour, every 2-3yrs.
