I’m adding on to this: if you have had to receive medical care for a miscarriage, did your provider give you any instructions about getting through it or what to expect besides, “it’ll be like a heavy period. If you bleed through 3 overnight pads in one hour, go to the ER” ??
every pregnancy app, every article you read, every educational pamphlet you get sent home says that if you experience bleeding in pregnancy and are concerned, you should immediately contact your provider to be seen asap. then you call and you have to beg them to even see you
