my attempt at a mega dragonite design, the large wings reminded me of Seraphim so i decided to go with a 'guardian angel' motif
it doesn’t look ugly but it does feel undercooked, mega evolutions are supposed to be exaggerated but it feels like something is missing here. its neck should be longer and it should have more details on the tail
