The Home for Truth™ existing for passionate world change.
Nephilim, eschatology, John MacArthur, Caitlin Clark, singleness, government overreach, and Christian unity. Yeah… it’s that kind of episode. Link below.
The Lord Jesus Christ accomplished the redemption of His people through the shedding of His blood and sacrificial death on the cross. His death was voluntary, vicarious, substitutionary, propitiatory, and redemptive.
🎼🎶 Deep down I know, this world isn’t home, so come, Jesus, come
Please be in prayer for membership class this afternoon. Over 70 in attendance, hungry for the Word, and eager to join the local church!
🗓️ Mark your calendars: Dr. Voddie Baucham Mission Bible Church Orange County, CA September 14, 2025
“He would often tell us in class, ‘don’t try to be like me.’” Pastor Tony Wood reflects on the passing of John MacArthur:
🚨Next week we discuss church discipline. Do American evangelical churches know what that is??
The Belgic Confession (1561) says that for a church to be a true church, it must: • preach the pure gospel • rightly administer the sacraments • practice church discipline. Can you have a true church that doesn’t have these three marks?
Excited to announce: Voddie Baucham is preaching at our church in Orange County this September!
In this episode, we examine the theology behind popular offering declarations, the prosperity gospel, and even the poverty gospel. What should we make of teachings from Bethel, Piper, or Platt? Is it wrong to want financial blessing? Link below!
Jesus Christ was conceived by the Holy Spirit in the womb of the virgin Mary and thus born of a woman such that the two whole, perfect, and distinct natures, the divine and the human, were joined together in one person, without confusion, change, division, or separation.
In the incarnation of the eternal Son, the second Person of the Trinity, without altering His divine nature or surrendering any of the divine attributes, made Himself of no reputation by taking on a true human nature (body and soul) consubstantial with our own, yet without sin.
Jesus Christ, the second Person of the Trinity, is eternal God, coequal, consubstantial, and coeternal with the Father, possessing all the divine perfections. [John 1:1; 10:30; 14:9]
Ask us anything (well… almost). We’re recording a summer Q&A episode soon and want your questions! Hit the comments or DM us 💪
We teach that the Father is of none, neither begotten nor proceeding; the Son is eternally begotten of the Father; and the Holy Spirit eternally proceeds from the Father and the Son.
We teach that God is one in essence (having one mind, one will, and one power), eternally existing in three coequal and consubstantial Persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—each uncreated and distinct, and each equally deserving worship and obedience, glory and honor.
