About 3 weeks after the cleanup in Kalubowila, the board area is clear, but look where the shanties moved their junk… further up hidden by vehicles. This mentality is why the country won’t improve despite any form of taxation. Dengue? Rat fever? Chikungunya?

This is true. One needn’t possess a golden vocabulary, however being able to articulate clearly in a globally accepted language is fundamental, especially when representing the country. Alternatively, ask for a translator and speak in the most fluent language possible.

Even I, as a home baker clearly mark dates of purchase, expiry, etc of my ingredients. They’re never repurposed once used, utensils properly washed and stored. These outlets being registered vendors ought to be doing much better w.r.t food & health compliance. Good move.

The last thing a loss-making and debt-ridden taxi service needs is to purchase another used vehicle… on lease. Same goes for airlines.
