🌿 Honoured to speak at the Paris Single Cell & Spatial Core Excellence Summit, sharing our work using Xenium in situ on plant tissues! 🌱 Grateful for the fantastic feedback from the vibrant single cell & spatial genomics community. Huge thanks to the team at 10x Genomics.🌟

Had the wonderful opportunity to give a seminar at IPMB, Academia Sinica, on 12/30! 🌱 Shared my research on plant organogenesis & how spatial transcriptomics unlocks insights into nodule development. Grateful for the warm welcome & insightful discussions! 🙂

I'll be giving a seminar at the Institute of Plant and Microbial Biology, Academia Sinica on December 30th. I look forward to discussing my work on plant organogenesis and exploring how spatial transcriptomics unlocks new insights into nodule development.☘️

New paper! For years, I saw people often split up root samples that were too big to fit in a scan. But, there was no standard way to combine the data back. We solve this issue with two methods, image concatenation and statistical aggregation @RhizoVision nph.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/np…
