Air defense for Ukraine remains crucial. Important that Allies are joining efforts for new military support to Ukraine. With Russia ramping up deadly air strikes on civilians, it is vital we move fast. The Netherlands will do its part.
Digital meeting with Defence ministers on more support to Ukraine. The Netherlands will contribute substantially to delivering US air defence systems (Patriots). Details are worked out soon. We also step up our air defence support: F16-ammunition, counter-drones, radars etc. 🇺🇦
Vandaag viert België zijn nationale feestdag. Een goed moment om stil te staan bij onze bijzondere banden. Van de verregaande grensoverschrijdende samenwerking tot ons gezamenlijk optrekken in Europa en daarbuiten. Ik wens onze zuiderburen dan ook een mooie 21 juli toe.
