The SAF participated in Ex Talisman Sabre (XTS) in 🇦🇺 for the first time from 13 to 28 Jul, with two HIMARS, two CH-47F Chinook helicopters and more than 100 personnel. XTS is a biennial multinational exercise co-hosted by @DefenceAust and @INDOPACOM.

Minister for Defence Mr Chan Chun Sing visited a mobilisation exercise (MOBEX) conducted by the Singapore Army at Selarang Camp yesterday, which involved over 2,000 Operationally Ready National Servicemen from the 23rd Singapore Infantry Brigade (23 SIB).

Involving more than 600 soldiers from the SAF and Malaysian Armed Forces, the 29th Exercise Semangat Bersatu was successfully conducted in Singapore from 10 to 16 Jul 🇸🇬 🇲🇾

MINDEF, the French Ministerial Agency for Defence Artificial Intelligence, and the Defence Innovation Agency, recently co-organised an Artificial Intelligence workshop at École Polytechnique (EP), France. The workshop gathered over 80 participants from 🇫🇷 and 🇸🇬

The Secretary General of the Indonesian Ministry of Defence Lieutenant General Tri Budi Utomo called on Minister for Defence Mr Chan Chun Sing at MINDEF yesterday, where they reaffirmed the strong and long-standing defence relations between Singapore and Indonesia.

The Republic of Singapore Navy and Indonesian Navy (TNI-AL) have concluded the 28th edition of bilateral Exercise Eagle Indopura in the waters off Surabaya, 🇮🇩. Both navies’ ships conducted a range of communication and manoeuvring serials as part of the exercise.

409 National Servicemen and their employers reaffirmed their commitment to 🇸🇬’s defence at the #SAFDay25 Combined Rededication Ceremonies, held across five locations this morning.

Since 23 June 2025, the Medical Classification Centre (MCC) has permanently moved its operations from 3 Depot Road to the new Central Manpower Base (CMPB) located opposite Cashew MRT Station. MCC welcomed the first batch of Pre-Enlistees (PEs) this week.
