If you’re dropping $800 a month on supplements and “biohacks” but don’t have a bidet, you’re doing it wrong.
Current program that’s got me dropping 1kg / 2lbs a week. 2265 calories (ish) - P245 - C180 - F70 Activity - 12,000 steps per day Cardio - 25 mins x 5 HR 130-140bpm Lifting 5x per week - Upper - Lower - Off - push - pull - legs - off
Kardio after lifting. One thing I noticed. No ramp up time for heart rate. Usually lifting has it quite high for me already
When I hit 98kg the fat clothes go into hibernation.
New low: 100.4kg Down from 110.6kg Nothing to change when rolling like this.
