Once the case is in court, the NCAA cannot handle. So long as you booked that ticket yourself, you were entitled to a refund within 14 days. While hoping that both parties come to an amicable resolution, I apologise for your experience.

Even abroad, you must file for a refund in most cases. That is why regulations exist; in case operators do not do what they need to do.
In relation to your response are you saying, when i book a flight and the airline cancels for what ever reasons, refund of money for a service that was not rendered should first be filed as a complaint to you, why not create a system that mandates compliance to regulations?

5 billion, Kagan. Na court go talk this one be that o. Per Part 19 of the NCAA Regulations 2023, you are entitled to your refund and, where applicable, a compensation of not less than 25% rebate on your next flight. That rebate is redeemable by cash as well.
Hello @mikeachimugu01 the case ID - 8836 with the NCAA. We have also filed with the FCCPC and will be proceeding to court whether or not either agency is able to achieve redress. I want 5 billion naira. Not a kobo less, Sir.
