I think this list is correct because the Charmies do a lot to curb the fuckass bullshit cards like GUB, and Bystials can curb a lot of the other fuckass bullshit cards. I'd love to see this same thing but for which limited cards can go to 3, all semilimited cards can also go to 3
behold, the objectively correct one "probably shouldn't" for cards i think WOULD see immediate play and would cause play patterns i dislike but not destroy the meta, "iffy" for cards that are PROBABLY fine but constrain future design, "shake up" for good cards for bad decks
