Here's a quick video on cutting this TINY gear and my thoughts on the process it was actually really neat! feel like I learned a lot today.
I just cut this gear on my desktop Wire EDM machine! This is a 0.3 mod gear with 14 teeth. Really crazy cut Used the Rack Robotics Powercore V3 and the Wire Tool. Can clean up the code a bit and use a finer wire for better results.
