Nearly 7 million Palestinian refugees expelled by Israel since 1948 or 1967 are still denied their right to return, while Israel’s Law of Return lets any Jew worldwide claim citizenship and settle on stolen Palestinian land.
Palestinians across the West Bank and Gaza face ongoing torture by Israel. Prisoners endure starvation, beatings, sexual violence, and other forms of abuse. Since October 2023, at least 70 Palestinians have died in Israeli custody from torture and ill treatment.
Israel’s long standing policy of displacement and destruction has accelerated with the genocide in the Gaza Strip, and this is also reflected all over the West Bank. If the international community remains a bystander in this aggression, Israel will continue its course.
Israel’s ongoing genocidal war in the Gaza Strip and siege on the West Bank must not be ignored. The world must hold Israel accountable for war crimes and its repeated violations of international law.
