Rockefeller was the richest man alive just 100 years ago. Today, pretty much all of us live better than he did. How did this happen?
My conversation with Lord Martin Rees on Aliens, The Fermi Paradox, Stephen Hawking, @sapinker (are things really getting better?), The Fate of Humanity and much more. Martin is one of the most interesting and thoughtful scientists around: skeptic.com/michael-sherme…
Scene from Netflix series American Manhunt: O.J. Simpson (Pt. 4)—ex-agent Mike Gilbert recalls a conversation with OJ at Rockingham as they were packing up the house to sell, in a reflective mood: “It was just one of those moments that was right, and I said ‘OJ, what happened…

RFKJ continues to lie about vaccines. So unnecessary, especially since he has some good ideas about nutrition, exercise, and our massive obesity problem, all tainted by his anti-vax attitudes. He is a lawyer arguing a case, not a scientist after truth. open.substack.com/pub/pauloffit/…

These are the hand-waving answers I get when I ask UFOlogists why after 75 years of claims about alien visitation they still have no concrete unmistakeable evidence.
So UFOs... an Ancient Consciousness: - Tom DeLonge: “This isn’t just about UFOs. It’s about consciousness. It’s about the nature of reality. And it’s about something ancient that’s been interacting with us for a very long time.” - Jacques Vallée: "We are dealing with a yet…
Here is a quote I often use from Ludwig von Mises on this point: “An anti-something movement displays a purely negative attitude. It has no chance whatever to succeed. Its passionate diatribes virtually advertise the program they attack. People must fight for something that…

For over 14 years, people have speculated about why my father @isaachayes left South Park. I’m here to set the record straight. My dad did not quit South Park. Scientology did. After the episode “Trapped in the Closet” aired in 2005, my father suffered a stroke just a few…

Holocaust deniers just asking questions…
This is the brain of an average Holocaust denier. The tattooed numbers are not meant to go up to 6,000,000 for multiple reasons: 1. Each camp had its own numbering system. 2. Some camps, like extermination camps where people are immediately sent to their deaths, didn't use…
