feeling bold today. like every post could go viral and the app will market itself. but fr, you can’t rely on vibes. shipping is half the job, the rest is getting it in front of people. organic or ads, pick a lane and run. posting once and waiting is not strategy, it’s delusion.
seeing @desmondnyamador finally launch HabitMirror is so inspiring. from idea to app store, proud of you bro.🫡🚀

why mealmate? most calorie trackers felt chaotic to me. all custom UI, too much going on. i just wanted something simple. something that feels iOS. native, clean, and built right. plus i needed to track macros. so i made my own. @mealmatecal

we outside (in xcode) we inside (on tiktok)
No better time than now to start building an app
if you can make $1, you can make 10, you can make a 100, you can make a 1000. keep pushing. - @alexsllater 🫡
exactly how i feel right now. the window’s open if you’re willing to build through the noise. distribution is hard but not impossible, and the upside will be worth it.
everyone says “don’t do b2c” right now. (i get podcasts and articles sent to me weekly by well-meaning people) that’s exactly why it’s the best time. virality’s cheap, arbitrage is insane, and the few who build now will own the upside when the cycle flips.
building solo is cool, building together hits different. every time i link with @desmondnyamador i leave thinking way bigger.🫡

some days it feels like i’m running a studio solo. building, fixing, researching, talking to users, figuring out distribution. it’s a lot, but this is the path i chose. still here, still showing up.
excited to dive into apple’s new design language. liquid glass feels like a whole new interaction layer. translucent, responsive, fluid. can’t wait to build with it and rethink how interfaces come to life.
The latest project I’ve been working on is the design of Liquid Glass, alongside an army of designers and engineers. We're designing it to bend and shape light while feeling like an elastic, flexible material that can dynamically shape shift, to make apps feel fluid and organic.
had the exact same realization with @desmondnyamador on friday, we spent the whole day breaking things down, not just one app but the bigger picture. finally saw how slow we’d been moving and what it’ll take to really 10x everything. full clarity now.
Have been moving wayyy too slow recently. Gained a ton of clarity. About to take things up 10x.
