The tanker seized by Iran in the Gulf of Oman today is charged with smuggling 2 million liters (0.5 million gallon or 12.5 thousand barrel) of fuel. It's likely a small tanker, and these seizes are common as the fuel price in Iran is very low.
My guess for the US Navy AGM-158C LRASM target is a Yemeni Houthis Anti-Ship Cruise Missile Launcher along the shore.
