i thought that for my 5000th review on rym i should make an album myself and review that. the album is very bad though. you can listen to it in the link below if you want, but i wouldn't recommend it

there is blood all over the floor of the bathroom on this metronorth train. it's probably fine
it really isn't that big a deal objectively but most people who say "retarded" now do it as conscious culture-war-faction signaling and therefore it makes it easy to know to disregard anything else they are saying. makes things a lot simpler!
was just reminded about how we know dril's real name because of Homestuck and had a little chuckle to myself
ive never listened to a Quadeca song but the way people talk about him reminds me of the way people talk about Jacob Collier, and i like Jacob Collier a lot... do you think i would like Quadeca?
favorite Homestuck character: Aradia Megido Homestuck character i will admit is objectively the best: Terezi Pyrope Homestuck character that is literally me: Roxy Lalonde

There was going to be a Spice Girls anime, but they cancelled it. We were fucking ROBBED.
they got They Might Be Giants' 1992 album Apollo 18 at the Natural History Museum

conspiracy theory the payment processors getting steam and itch to remove porn games is actually a ploy by the crypto industry to create more utility for crypto that isn’t criminal outright

i think my favorite lois characterization is still from kate beaton's lois comics
picky Nazca Kid refuses to eat anything that isn't put inside the mice bowl
I like to imagine there was a Nazca child who would refuse to eat their mashed cassava unless it was served in the mice bowl
I used to tutor a homeschool kid in English and he was fascinated by the concept of The Wall of Sound which I had once mentioned. So we'd start every lesson with the intro beat of Be My Baby, and after that he'd yell "The Wall of Sound! Yeah!!" That was our pre-lesson ritual.
Be My Baby by The Ronettes is better than anything Mozart ever did, nobody can convince me otherwise.
the silliest thing about this is that both Fresh Air and This American Life are on here, and they are... not podcasts. i used to listen to them on the radio! in the 90s!
