In the short term (runs of 10-20 trades) my trading has gone absolutely feast or famine. But then the larger sample size looks pretty normal. Just talking out loud here. I'll go nearly 0% wins for 10 trades, then past two days I'm at 87% 2.1:1... 🤷♂️ Anyone else experiencing this?

One thing I think @NinjaTrader does better than any other platform is just how easy they make it to build custom stuff. Indicators, strategies, etc. It really can be a game changer if you utilize it. Use slow times as a trader to build tools to help you be better.

I used to wreck my evenings and weekends over this. Too much connection to self worth from the session PL. I recommend you put in the hard work to redefine what it means to “win” each day. Make feeling good about your work about the things you can control.
Merritt, do you ever feel bad and change how you enjoy your day outside of trading due to a losing day caused by poor analysis or an avoidable mistake?
