Stop blaming boomers for the current state of the church. The revolution was set off by their parents in “greatest generation.” Boomers did what their parents told them: abandon the faith of our fathers, either by quitting the church or making a mockery of liturgy and theology.

The proper response to bishop Martin is to scour his past, create a dossier of his sins, and make it all public so that he must resign & retreat to the “treatment center” in New Mexico. Trads are too polite and holy for their own good.
What was called “abuse” in the 50s (mumbling through mass in a hurry in a language no one understands) is still a problem today. The priest hurriedly mumbles in broken English, no one can understand a word, his sermons are shown on a screen so we can read what he’s saying. Big L!
