When you go to the app store do you always see this app in the store design list or is it just me? It seems so out of place on the home page but it is always there.

Looks like the new Shopify dev experience is coming by the end of August. Super excited about the ability to manage MOs in the TOML.

Does Shopify Forms have the ability to export/import common forms?

Protect Liam at all costs. He is always on top of this stuff.

Section Star just lost BFS with no warning and no explanation. The dashboard isn't much help either. But it seems like a lot of apps lost it as well so maybe just another day riding the app store wave. 🏄‍♂️

You can now animate individual blocks in Block Star. Currently its just scale and rotate. But, it is cool to see how far you can take Theme Blocks in Shopify.

Did that whole creating metaobjects with TOML thing ever happen?

I converted Fundlet and Block Star to use managed app pricing. I really like how clean the tie-in to Remix is.

Block Star now has support for tabs. So, you can define legit tabs right in the Shopify customizer. Absolutely insane what you can now do with theme blocks.

I am telling you all right now, don't take any of my advice on Shopify app sh*t. Installs were 100x easier when I started building. It is competitive out there. Also, don't screen cap this to throw it back in my face when I release my Shopify app growth guide.

Yo fellow @shopifydevs. I personally believe watermarking violates the app dev TOS and should not be allowed. But, I could be completely wrong here. I often am. 🤣 Let me know what you think. Should you be able to force support interactions to remove a brand or watermark?

My app marketing strategy: when things are going well, don't mess with it. But, if things aren't hitting, change it up til it does.

Nesting theme blocks raises an interesting question: how far should you break something down? For example, I’m building a buy buttons block that includes variants, quantity, and the buttons in one block. Should I break it down further or just build it as a functional unit?
