I’m really looking forward to this tomorrow. If you’re near Birmingham and fancy popping in, please do! #EduDrinks

I’m definitely extra aka middle aged. Went to a beach bbq lunch today. I had a frozen wine sleeve for my rosé and metal insulated stem free wine glass. Was glad of my commitment! However, I usually put ice in my rosé at home so am now a bit squiffy. 😂😂🙌🙌
I’m almost finished for the summer. One client tomorrow and then some time off. Opportune moment to thank everyone I’ve worked with this year. Your faith and trust in me as a coach means so much and I’ll always do my best to champion you and walk with you. Big love 🙌🙌
This came up in Facebook from 18 years ago. I did a fisherman project with my year 5 class for the Whitstable Oyster Festival. A lovely arts project. However, was the work summer do the night before and I was hanging!! Think I’d got only a couple of hours sleep!

This has been cooking most of the afternoon. Letting it rest for a while but looking forward to digging in!

I have received the good news, that from November, the OFQUAL regulated Youth Mental Health Course, will be funded and completely free for schools who choose to join the live online session with their students. The content and instructor will be funded and there is no limit on…

What a day! Left Northumberland at 6:30am, final session of training with some trainee coaches near York and then a drive to Kent! Shattered but had a great time with the coaches. Definitely a food delivery this evening.
Wishing two of my fabulous coaching clients very happy retirements. I have been hugely privileged to work with both of them for the past few years. Both amazing leaders who have achieved incredible things. Enjoy the next chapter @kateowbridge @HeadFrivolous and have the best week
This all feels lovely. Sat in the garden, watching Wimbledon, bbq on and rosé flowing. Will probably regret it tomorrow morning but sod it.
Had my final FGB and strategy day as Chair of Governors today. Felt strange not putting dates in my diary for next year. It’s been a rollercoaster but I’m leaving full of pride. Governance isn’t always easy but it’s worth it. @westmeadsschool will always have a bit of my heart.
Out for a posh meal at The Sportsman in Seasalter for my birthday. A lovely surprise from Dougie.

Glastonbury 2000, the morning after Leftfield. I love this photo! On a disposable which we found a few years later.

I have been privileged to be Chair of Governors at a superb school for 5 years. My time has come to an end as I’m moving away. I wanted to give them a gift & reading is a huge part of the school so I’ve bought them a lot of books! @ANewChapterBks helped me and sorted out 80 books

What a special day at Peareswood Primary! I couldn’t be prouder of our amazing pupils & dedicated staff. A brilliant opportunity to showcase the innovation, inclusion & ambition behind our digital approach across Woodland Academy Trust.
We were honoured to welcome @bphillipsonMP & her team from @educationgovuk to Peareswood Primary today! Our children and staff had a wonderful time sharing all things tech with her and were thrilled to also be joined by Lee (Mr P) Parkinson MBE!
Loving Alanis Morissette at Glastonbury. She sounds amazing 🙌
