Keep it simple. Take something you’re hoping to do and ask yourself, how can I make this as easy as possible?
“Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom” ~ Viktor Frankl
Habits are the foundation for our wellbeing. To make a big life changes, start with small changes to daily habits
Mental strength is less about battling through and more about letting go
Spread kindness freely. It ripples out and returns in unexpected ways
Aim for a healthy balance of purpose and enjoyment. Meaningful work is great, but we can’t do it constantly. Relaxing is great, but not all the time
Whenever we choose not to let an event or person determine how we feel, we get closer to finding inner peace
Find a healthy balance between letting go and responding. Accept things as they are but take action when you can
There will be a last time in your life that you do something you take for granted now. And you probably won’t know when that last time is until it’s gone. Remembering this turns each mundane moment into something precious
Keep going. Worthwhile things often grow from how we respond to our challenges

Let go of what was. Accept what is. Have hope for what will be
Often the cause of our suffering is less about the thing that originally happened - and more about the story we’re still telling ourselves about it. We can’t change the past, but we can choose what we focus on now
Now may not be the perfect time, but it’s often the best time to make a start
Unhappy? Go outside 🌤️ Bored? Go outside 🌺 Low energy? Go outside 🏃♂️ Frustrated? Go outside 🌳
Give up all hope for a better past. Focus on what you can do today
Some stranger somewhere remembers you because you were kind to them
Be like water. Let it flow and find a natural way around whatever emerges

Be a Realistic Optimist. Realism helps us to see things as they are. Optimism helps us to make them better
