While there are real issues (administation), Health Care got caught as a short leg of momentum trade in a low liquidity environment -and can likely go up just on technicals now. Fundamentals will eventually improve.

During April selloff I suggested Powell is wrong for not cutting rates. In retrospect Powell was, and is right. If crypto and tech can make daily ATH (with bubble like valuations), rates are not restrictive enough.
