The amount of inspiration I get from @artofmmignola is ridiculous. Has there been a creator (besides Kirby) who has added more to pop culture and the aesthetic of comics? Visually he’s influences 1000s, writing and world building he is an AUTEUR with a singular voice Genius

If you are an indie comics creator & want to be seen as a legit lover of the medium -I’m begging you, don’t use AI! AI art wreaks of a money grab scheme, not someone who genuinely loves the medium of comics and wants to add to the legacy. Also- use panel gutters
If Alex Toth and Chris Samnee had a baby, it would be a miracle as they’re both dudes and one is also long dead, but, if they did, I like to think it would be @marco949. Marco is everything I love about both.
So if I were to offer commissions (on real paper!) like the ones below- Is 150$ for 9x12 And 250$ for 11x17 ridiculous? Too much? Not enough?
I adore @HardCaseCrime books and would love to do a comic for them…in reality I’d love to do a paperback comic for them printed like a paperback on newsprint But these are all great and some of my faves
