XB-1 Flight Two was a massive success: gear extended/retracted airborne for the first time, stability issues from Flight One confirmed resolved. No major issues uncovered. Geppetto did a great job at the controls—and we're accelerating Flight Three—likely in a month or so.

Totally. We had the best builders solving unique problems at scale. They invented tools to run a real time, global, real world marketplace. Many internal tools at Uber were truly world class.
The Uber dev tools startup mafia isn’t talked about enough… @TectonAI, @chronosphereio, @temporalio, @Onehousehq, @Railway, @llama_index & many others. I imagine a culture of “build it internally” & general startup intensity could be reasons for it.
